Robert Holland

Robert Holland picRobert J. Holland, ABC, has 21 years of experience in organizational communication. After working for AT&T, Lucent Technologies and Capital One Financial, Robert formed Holland Communication Solutions in 2000. Clients have included Altria, AREVA-NP Inc., the Federal Reserve Bank, Kraft Foods, MeadWestvaco, Media General, Philip Morris USA, Wells Fargo and many others.

Robert earned IABC accreditation in 1992. He served on the IABC executive board from 1994-97, was an IABC district director and served as president of IABC/Richmond in 1993 and 2003. He also has been an adjunct faculty member of Virginia Commonwealth University’s School of Mass Communication.

He regularly posts at his blog, “Communication at Work.”

WRITING: Avoid Jargon
